What data we collect

The calculator processes the workflow details, estimates and chat messages you enter. Its browser credential stays in memory. Creating a share link stores the displayed report and filtered view totals without asking for an email address. Interview answers and chat transcripts are not published in the shared report.

Why we collect it and our legal basis

Calculator information is used to provide your assessment. Choosing Share report makes the displayed report available to anyone with the link. Filtered report-view counts are used for internal analytics; creating a new link does not subscribe you to emails or marketing.

How long we keep it

Calculator conversations cannot be resumed after leaving or reloading. Temporary processing state is deleted on exit where possible, expires after 30 minutes of inactivity, and is removed on subsequent API cleanup. Shared reports and view totals expire after 30 days; expired records are removed during subsequent sharing requests. Short-lived view-deduplication records expire after 24 hours. Earlier verified-email shares retain their original expiry and optional preferences.

Deletion and your rights

For access, correction or deletion of a shared report, contact [email protected] with the report link. Earlier private management links remain usable for those who already saved them.

Analytics

On workflower.ai, Umami records page visits and approved actions such as successful drill copies and booking-link clicks. URLs exclude query parameters and fragments; referrers, drill text, questionnaire answers, chats and email addresses are not sent. No session recordings, automatic interaction capture or custom visitor identity are enabled. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. Local previews and shared report pages do not load the tracker. Server-side AI telemetry is disabled. Shared reports count filtered interactions using a report-specific keyed hash of network address and browser type to suppress reloads; raw addresses and browser strings are not stored in the sharing database. Counts are not unique people or proof of reading.

Shared reports and view counts

Anyone with a report link can read its displayed content and estimates until expiry or deletion, and may retain their own copy. Shared links are unlisted and marked noindex. View counts are internal analytics, not unique people or proof of reading. New sharing links collect no email address and offer no notification or marketing subscriptions.

Who we share it with

Cloudflare hosts the site and processes temporary calculator and opted-in sharing data. Live calculator answers go to OpenAI; generic research queries go to Tavily and official documentation sites. When email delivery is enabled, Resend receives the recipient address and verification or view-notification message. Cal.com handles booking details entered on the booking page. Local mock email sends nothing.
