This policy explains what personal data Workflower collects when you use this site, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted.

What data we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us through the Get Started questionnaire: your name, email address, company details, and your answers about your teams, tools, processes, and goals. We do not collect any data about you unless you submit the form. We do not buy or enrich your data from third parties.
Why we collect it and our legal basis
We process this information on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before submitting the questionnaire. We use it for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry, scope a possible engagement, and arrange a call. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.
How long we keep it
We retain questionnaire submissions for a maximum of 24 months from the date you send them. After 24 months we permanently delete them. In Phase 1 of this site, submissions are delivered to us by email and are not stored in a separate database — the email is the only copy, and retention is enforced against that inbox.
Deletion and your rights
You can ask us to delete your data at any time, before the 24-month limit, and we will do so promptly. You also have the right to access the data we hold about you, to correct it, and to withdraw your consent. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] and we will action your request.
Analytics
We use Umami, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool, to understand how the site is used in aggregate. It does not set cookies, does not track you across other sites, and does not collect personally identifying information — which is why this site does not show a cookie-consent banner.
Who we share it with
We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own use. We rely on a small number of service providers to operate the site and deliver our messages — for example our email delivery provider and our hosting provider — and they process data only on our instructions. We never sell your data.
