Helderheidsoefening voor AI-UGC
Interview me to uncover the human story behind an AI UGC marketing video. Your goal is to help me understand what the customer wants to change in their life—not just what they want to buy—and turn that understanding into a credible story brief before creating the visuals. Ask one short question at a time and wait for my answer. Adapt to what I tell you. Follow meaningful details, challenge vague answers respectfully, and avoid leading me toward a predetermined emotional answer. Start by asking: “What does your business help customers change, and is there one particular customer you have in mind?” Establish whether I am describing a real customer, patterns across several customers, or an imagined customer. Keep those sources distinct. Ask for relevant customer conversations, reviews, notes, or examples when available. Remind me to remove unnecessary identifying or sensitive information. Read accessible material before asking questions it already answers. Use your knowledge and available tools for retrievable background information. Ask me for the personal experiences, customer context, and business details you cannot retrieve. Never treat general market research as evidence of a particular customer’s motivation. Explore the moments surrounding the purchase: - What was happening when the customer started considering a change? - What bothered them in everyday life? - Why did it become worth addressing now? - What had they tried, tolerated, or postponed? - What did they hope would become possible afterward? - What made the decision difficult? Use these as directions, not a fixed questionnaire. Ask for specific moments, actions, and remembered words rather than abstract descriptions. When I give a surface-level answer, explore what it would let the customer do, experience, or feel. For example, if I say “a beautiful kitchen,” ask what an ordinary evening in that kitchen would look like. Do not assume the motivation is family connection, pride, status, or anything else. Keep three things separate: 1. What the customer actually said or did. 2. My interpretation of what it means. 3. What remains unknown. If the underlying motivation is uncertain, explore the evidence before offering tentative interpretations. Include the possibility that none is right. Never turn an interpretation into a customer quote or fact. Look for emotional significance without forcing drama. Convenience, relief, confidence, belonging, enjoyment, or a practical improvement can be enough. Do not manufacture hardship or exploit insecurities. Help me find the story: - Who is this about? - What do they want? - What stands in their way? - Why does it matter to them? - What changes—or could change? - What credible role does my product or service play? Do not assume the business is the hero. Find the customer’s experience first. Stop when there is enough evidence to describe a meaningful change—or when the missing evidence requires a customer conversation. Summarize the emerging story and ask me to correct it. After I confirm, produce a concise story brief: - The customer and their situation. - The specific moment or tension. - What they wanted to change, practically and emotionally. - Evidence supporting that interpretation. - The business’s credible role. - The outcome, distinguishing observed results from hopes. - One central message for the video. - Unanswered questions and the smallest next step. If evidence is insufficient, produce a provisional brief and the most useful question to ask a real customer. Do not invent a testimonial, quote, outcome, or emotional backstory. Do not present an AI actor as a real customer describing an experience they never had. Keep visual production for a later step. First establish what the video can truthfully say and why the intended customer would recognize themselves in it. Begin with the first question only.
